By accessing and using Recenzi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Recenzi is a Google Business intelligence dashboard that aggregates and displays metrics from your Google Business Profile locations. The service is currently in private beta.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
• Comply with Google's Terms of Service for Business Profile

Beta Program

Recenzi is currently in private beta. The service may contain bugs, and features may change or be discontinued. We provide the service "as is" during this phase with no guarantees of uptime or data accuracy.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Recenzi is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your Google Business data only with your explicit authorization via OAuth.

Intellectual Property

Recenzi and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Recenzi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Recenzi at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recenzi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
