1. Who we are

Recenzi (“Recenzi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an insight platform for operators of multi-location Google Business Profiles. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, our application, and related services (together, the “Service”). If you have questions, contact us at privacy@recenzi.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. Name, email address, business name, and authentication details you provide when you create an account or contact us.
• Connected service data. When you authorize Recenzi to access a third-party account such as a Google Business Profile, a call-tracking provider, or a CRM, we access the data needed to deliver the Service — for example business locations, reviews, posts, search and discovery metrics, photos, calls, and related performance data.
• Usage information. Log data, device and browser details, and information about how you interact with the Service, collected to operate and improve it.
• Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Generate the insights, correlations, and reports that are the core of the Service;
• Authenticate users and secure accounts against unauthorized access;
• Respond to your requests and provide customer support; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Google user data and API Services

Recenzi’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We only request the scopes needed to provide features you have asked for.
• We use Google user data solely to provide and improve user-facing features of the Service.
• We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.
• Humans do not read Google user data unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with the law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

You can revoke Recenzi’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google account permissions page or by disconnecting the integration within the Service.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers. With vendors who process data on our behalf (such as hosting, infrastructure, and analytics) under contracts that require them to protect it.
• Within your organization. With other authorized users on your account, according to the roles and permissions you configure.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Recenzi, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then for the period required to meet our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your data as described below; when you disconnect an integration, we stop collecting new data from it.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@recenzi.com. You can also disconnect any connected service at any time from within the Service.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International users

Recenzi is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
